4 Vitamins Boost Your Skin

You can wear as much makeup as you want to cover any imperfection. But won’t it be better if your skin is glowing from the inside.  So, put less makeup and let's your skin glow!

1.   Vitamin A  (Retinoid)

Vitamin A (Retinoid) is known as the best element to reduce wrinkles and brown spots. It also helps tighten pores and boost skin radiance. We can find Vitamin A in most of our favorite foods like eggs, milk, carrots, and leafy vegetables. Here are some good products that contain Vitamin A: REN-Bio Retinoid Anti-Aging Concentrate $60, Philosophy-Miracle Worker Miraculous Anti-Aging Retinoid Pads and Solution $74, and Peter Thomas Roth- Retinol Fusion PM $65.

    2.   Vitamin E
Got flaky dry skin? Vitamin E can help you. Vitamin E is contained in most of moisturizer products and also foods such as, Grapeseed oil, hazelnuts, almonds, and leafy greens. Vitamin E doesn't only help your skin feel smoother than before, but also strengthen your skin's UV defense. These are recommended moisturizer products that work well: Josie Maran - 100 percent pure Organ Oil $48, Ole Henriksen - Sheer Transformation $40, Yube - Moisturizing Skin Cream $25.

 3.  Vitamin C
Another anti-aging helper is Vitamin C. It works in a similar way as Vitamin A. It lessens wrinkles and brown spots, reduces large pores, boosts skin radiance, and helps smooth skin. Good sources of Vitamin C are oranges, chili, bell peppers, strawberries, and broccoli. Here are some good skincare products that contain Vitamin C: Korres - Wild Rose Vitamin C Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial $48, Ole Henriksen - Truth Serum Vitamin C Collagen Booster $48, Philosophy - Turbo Booster C Powder $37.

 4.  Vitamin B Complex
You can’t have healthy skin if your skin lacks Vitamin B. Each Vitamin B has its own benefit for health and skin. Vitamin B3 helps erase redness, and hydrate skin. Vitamin B12 helps cell reproduction. Vitamin B6 minimizes pores and reduces redness. Urban Decay- B6 Vitamin Infused Complexion Prep Spray $33 is a pretty good spray for refreshing and minimizing pores.

All products are available at Sephora.com or Sephora stores.

How can you define "Beauty"?

Some say beauty is how you feel about yourself. Some say beauty is all about a beautiful face. For some, they have plastic surgery many times because their definition of beauty is perfection. For me I would say that beauty is what we are. Heavy, slim, short, tall, wound face, small eyes, big nose, and all the differences define who we are.
In present day most people have the wrong perspective about beauty. As you can see, most Hollywood stars never get enough of plastic surgery (and I think the more they do, the scarier they are). It's important to love yourself as you are, and understand the change when you're getting older.
Everyone has their own gifts. Nobody is born perfect. If you don't like something about yourself, try to find something else that distinguishes you from others. Beauty is not about appearance or what others tell you, but it's about what you think about yourself. The more you love yourself, the more confident you are. And that is the real beauty!
